Dined in at Jinya this time. The outdoor patio is covered during winter so it makes a perfect setting to have a bowl of steaming ramen. The Flying Vegan Harvest ramen bowl with plant based impossible meat was quiet huge and very flavorful. Gyoza are pan fried steamed dumplings with the vegan version made with veggie and impossible meat stuffing. They were served super hot and absolutely delicious. There was a few minutes wait before we got our table but service was quick after that.

It was good but not outstanding. Both ramen we got were a bit salty. Level 3 out of 10 spicy is already very spicy. The crispy rice appetizer was nice. It's a bit difficult to get the attention of the waiters even though it was not crowded

JINYA is in the center of all the excitement. Enjoy shopping or other activities at the Domain & come in for a bite at JINYA! They have seating inside and outside. The bar area is very comfortable for solo dates. The server was very friendly and the food came out fast. It was very fresh. It was top notch. They have happy hour as well which is great!! I ordered the chicken broth ramen. Would recommend! Pay them a visit!

The good: Food is really good! The Jinya 2010 Tonkotsu was rich and flavorful, and the fried Brussel sprouts weren't too salty and perfectly crunchy, and a good match with the truffle aioli. Our server, Bao, was also very friendly and checked on us frequently. The bad: Prices are steep. 36.36 for both the ramen and the Brussel sprouts. Also, my ramen took a while to arrive.

Great location in the domain! We stopped in on a Monday night, there were folks waiting out the door. We were told about 20m wait but were pleasantly surprised with a 10m seat. The restaurant has made the absolute best use of the small space! Nice big sit around bar seating, full table as well as counter seating. Wonderful decoration and lighting. We thoroughly enjoyed our food, so much so that I have already been back twice! We ordered Pork Gyoza (6pc) Edamame Wonton Chicken Ramen Shrimp Wonton Ramen All were superb, you need to go here and order anything-you will not be disappointed. Our experience was great, good food, good service and good value.

Came here for lunch as we needed a nice ramen to warm us up on a cold and rainy day. As a first time customer it was nice to see the restaurant pretty packed especially during lunchtime. They offer indoor and covered outdoor seating options and it appeared the high top tables are seated closely together so you may make a new friend! I ordered the JINYA Tonkotsu Black (no additions) and added chili oil on the side...ramen was served in cute bowls, hot, with nice flavors...oh, I asked for no hard boiled egg (I just can't in my ramen). Next time I would add more pork as the pieces you receive are small. My co-worker ordered the Spicy chicken ramen, added broccoli, and she said it was t spicy at all and would order again. Ask for Katie (or Kadie) as your waitress cuz she provided great recommendations, attentive, and really sweet!

Ordered vegan menus here! Good food, it was just in a bit of a greasy side for my liking. Service was good too, we didn't have to wait a long line to get in.
